What is therapy?

Therapy is a focused space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with intention. It’s where you can speak honestly about what’s weighing on you, without judgment, and begin building practical tools for real change. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and developing the skills and insight needed to live with greater confidence, connection, and steadiness.

More about my approach…

It is the relationship that heals.
